FAQ: Do you give discounts on you shipping rates?

Answer? The shipping rates shown on our site is not our shipping rate, rather it is calculated by UPS. There are a couple ways online stores calculate shipping, either mark up the price and mark down the shipping or set a fair market price and leave shipping costs to the carriers.

We set a fair Market price and do not mark up shipping. Each product has a weight and dimension associated with it and that information is sent to the UPS shipping matrix when you calculate shipping. 

Outbound Shipping 

All of our products are shipped using UPS(ocassional small items could be sent USPS at our discretion). Shipping prices are determined by the weight and size of the package and the destination. Most of our product is shipped in large boxes and are subject to UPS dimensional size charges.Our Shopping cart will calculate combined shipping. If you have questions about your shipping, please contact a customer service representative. Please keep in mind that we have a value priced product but shipping costs are calculated by UPS not us. If you have concerns regarding the cost of shipping items please contact your local UPS site 

Shipping Methods: You Will Receive A Tracking Number Once Your Package Has Shipped

  • UPS Ground 

Please note that UPS does not deliver ground packages on Saturday or Sunday.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

Our production facilty is located in AZ, the above map shows how many estimated UPS shipping days to your address. Most items will ship from out facility within 2-3 days of your order

Example: Order placed on a Tuesday leaves our facility on Thursday and you live in New York, According to the UPS map, you live in the Orange scetion or 5 days. In this example considering that UPS ground does not deliver on weekends you should expect to recieve your packages the following Thursday unless UPS has weather or other delays.

Shipping Outside Of The United States

We do not ship outside of continental united states 

Additional Shipping Information

After product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays.

If product is damaged a photo image of the damaged product must be sent to us within 72 hours of recieving the package(s)

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery.

Returns: We advise that any return to be insured against damages
