Return Policy: All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Stained products are not returnable. Upon inspection and verification of completeness of material. Slide out Shelves LLC will credit to the original credit card, the purchase price of item ( minus 25% ) .  Shipping costs are not refundable. Birch pull out shelves are a custom made product and will be considered for return on a case by case basis.No returns will be considered after 14 days of product delivery.  A return authorization is required.

Return Authorization: Before returning any item to Slide out Shelves you must obtain a return authorization number. No refunds or other consideration will be valid without this number.If a RAN ( return authorization number ) is issued, this RAN must be printed on the outside of the pre-paid return

Products not manufactured by Slide Out Shelves LLC: We manufacture only the shelf, all other material handled by Slide out Shelves are covered by its manufacturer and any warranties should be directed to these manufacturers. Products not manufactured by Slide Out Shelves LLC are considered special order and are not returnable. All other conditions of our return policy applies.

Birch Pull Out Shelves: Our Birch pull out shelves carry a Limited Life Time Warranty. This warranty is non transferable, it only applies to the original customer, with a valid purchase receipt. If your Slide out Shelves should fail due to a manufacturer's defect, return the shelf  postage paid to Slide out Shelves LLC, after receiving a return authorization number, and we will repair or replace the shelf as we deem necessary.A return postage charge may apply. You must obtain a return authorization from Slide Out Shelves LLC prior to returning the shelf.

Baltic Birch slide out shelves measured wrong: If you measured a shelf wrong we will make another shelf for you. You must contact us to inform us of the situation and receive a return authorization. If we authorize the return. A new order with the correct measurements must be entered by the customer. After receiving payment for the new shelf we will finalize the return authorization and the customer can return the mis-measured shelf in a pre paid package. Upon receiving the mis-measured shelf and confirming that it is in sound condition with no parts missing, we will credit the original credit card in the amount of purchase price of the shelf. Shipping and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and it not refundable ( please note our measuring page, the two biggest mistakes are not accounting for obstructions i.e. hinges and door protrusions, and not subtracting 1" from cabinet total depth)

Damages: All items are inspected for completeness and damage prior to shipping.We take care in packaging our products to prevent shipping damage but the nature of our product is subject to occasional damages by the carrier. Shock damage can happen to our product without any signs of damage to the box, this is why upon receiving your shipment, immediately inspect the contents for any damages. The Carrier is responsible for damages occurred during shipment. We are not responsible for damages accrued during shipping. If you find any damages, contact UPS and they will determine inspection times and methods and will contact us.

 All Shipping damages must be reported within 72 hours of the carriers delivery confirmation or items are to be considered intact and undamaged. Any shipping damage no matter how small needs to be directed to the carrier first, the shipping carrier will contact us if further action is required

   DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU HAVE PHYSICALLY INSPECTED IT. Also, advise your family members or any others who may be present when delivery is made NOT TO SIGN either. Packaging that appears in good condition does not guarantee that there is no "hidden" damage. The only way to be certain is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully. Should you not have time to inspect it, please sign the receipt as 'un-inspected' instead of your signature. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and it is in good condition.

Shipping Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We rely on the customer to enter the correct shipping address, if the carrier needs to make any address corrections to make delivery, they charge us for any corrections and we reserve the right to charge the customers credit card for these additional charges. Some rural address will incur additional charges by the carriers, these charges will be charged to the customers credit card if occured.

Errors and Omissions: While we do our very best to insure that the pricing and product information on our website is accurate, occasionally typographical and informational errors do appear. We apologize for any inconsistency, but reserve the right not to fulfill orders based on incorrect pricing or information.

Sales Tax: Arizona residents & businesses will be charged 8.68% tax

Privacy Policy: Slide out Shelves LLC does not sell or share our customer information with any third parties. We reserve the right to contact you in regards of any product that you purchase from us.
