Our birch wood cabinet roll out trays and shelves can be made to fit any kitchen cabinet, pantry cabinet or bathroom cabinet. The pull out trays can also be fitted with binning strips and dividers to give you pull-out spice racks. Install multiple pullout shelves in your pantry and attach the door to them for pull out pantries. Sliding shelves make accessing your cabinet easier. Our standard sliding shelves can easily be installed in any kitchen cabinet to turn ordinary kitchen cabinets into easy to use, easy to access, storage areas. With the pilaster system found in our hardware dept. you can install 3 pull out shelves into a standard kitchen cabinet and easily adjust the placement of each roll out shelf. The pilaster system also work great with our sliding shelves in pantries. A typical pantry cabinet is 64-68 inches in the bottom opening, which would allow 3 pliaster sets, each pilaster set can hold up to 3 pull out shelves each. So in a typical pantry cabinet you could have nine pull out shelves, all adjustable to your needs. All of our kitchen sliding shelves are made from 9 ply baltic birch. The bottoms of our slide out shelves are 1/4 MDF in either a white or maple look vinyl coated bottom. All of our pull out shelves are constructed with rabbet joints and the bottoms are dadoe groove captured. With this construction method, we are confident in our pull out shelves holding up to the rigors of use in kitchen and pantry cabinets. This is why we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY with all of our shelves. If we went with weaker construction methods, we could only offer a 1 or 2 year warranty.
