Birch Wood Kitchen and Pantry Pull Out Shelves that slide

Our kitchen and pantry pull out shelves can be installed in any existing cabinet. Constructed of 9 ply baltic birch with a mdf captured bottom they are built to last. Available in varies sizes and styles, these roll out shelves will make any kitchen or pantry cabinet easier to access. Pull out shelves that slide out on 100 lb. capacity slides in either 3/4 extension or full extension slides. Our pull out shelves can be purchased in a natural state that allows you to finish the sidewalls as you wish or leave them natural. A lacquer clear coat finish is available that helps to protect the wood from body oils and water migration. We can also stain your pull out shelf to compliment your kitchen or pantry cabinet.

All of our slide out shelves are available with a white or hard rock maple mdf melamine. This 1/4" bottom is dadoed into the sidewalls for a completely captured pull out shelf with a stronger bottom than you will find in some kitchen drawers with 1/2" bottoms.

Pantry cabinets always present a challenge because of the different heights in packaging that is found in pantries. If you install a 2 3/8" sidewall pull out tray in a pantry, it will hold can goods well, but most pantries also include thin box goods and bottles. So installing a 3 1/2", 4 7/8" or 7 3/8" sidewall pull out shelf will keep the tall items from tipping but you cannot see the smaller canned items. We have the solution- slanted sidewalls are available in both the 4 7/8" and 7 3/8" style roll out shelves. These pull outs are higher in the back to keep tall items from tipping and slant down to a 2 3/8" front so you have good visual of the smaller items.

Baltic Birch is known for its resistance to warping and twisting like some hardwoods such as poplar and beech. This is why cabinet makers have used it for years. Surfboard and Skateboards were also made of this material before composites became popular. The 9 ply that we use in the construction of our roll out shelves do not have a large middle filler like the ply's that you will find in home improvement centers. The 9 ply has no fillers so the edges sand to a finer finish and with same species bonded together you don't get ply separation. Our made to fit pull out shelves are available in 1/8 in wide increments, so you loose as little space as possible and they look as if they came with the cabinetry. Our standard shelves are natural finish so the homeowner can stain or paint the roll out shelves as they desire or the shelves can be ordered with a clear coat finish which protects the wood while bringing out the natural wood grain characteristics

The included drawer slides exceed a 75 pound dynamic and 100 pound static load capacity. Standard mounting is to your cabinet sidewall using spacers or wood buildup. Spacers can be purchased in our Hardware department. Optional full shelf or cabinet base mounting is made easy with 4 L brackets and screws that let you mount directly to your existing shelf or cabinet base.
